Refunds for Deposits and Lost Sessions

When we first started KitesBC last year, we asked all new members to pay a deposit of one month’s membership fees in advance. As the club is now established, it has become apparent that we no longer require this financial buffer. We are not asking new members to pay this deposit and have decided to refund all those members who originally paid it when joining.

Also due to Gosling having extending closures of the hall over the Christmas period which meant all members missing a number of sessions as well as a few booking conflicts with tournaments on a few Sunday’s, the committee has decided to issue refunds for the time missed.

Unfortunately, we do not have a record of your bank details as this information is not shown on the clubs bank account. Therefore, to process the refunds, we will need your bank account number and sort code. You can provide this by either emailing the club or by writing it on a piece of paper and handing it to a committee member.
