Some may know, some may not, but for quite a few years (aside from the lockdown ones) Kathryn has organised a social Christmas meal for our club. The details for this year’s bash are:
Date: Saturday 17th December 2021
Time: 7.30pm
Location: The Crooked Chimney – Cromer Hyde Lane, Lemsford, Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire, AL8 7XE
Deposit: £5 (see Kat regarding the collection of this). The remaining payment of £27.95 is to be made on the night (note that a service charge will be added on top of that making it £30.75 – assuming no added extras from the menu). Drinks are not included and there will be NO tabs (group or individual).
This meal is for monthly paying members only, no plus ones or pay-as-you-go members as spaces are somewhat limited by the venue this year.
Please visit the following link to submit your meal choices and Secret Santa participation. The deadline for completing this and transferring the deposit is Monday 31st October. We can’t guarantee that we will be able to add extras or take part in Secret Santa after this date.
Kat will be organising Secret Santa (not mandatory to take part) nearer the time, limit is £5. Please ensure that you bring this with you to the meal.
